Mindful Balance believes in restoring your body, nurturing your mind, and connecting with fellow therapists in a supportive and enriching environment.

 

As a licensed therapist and experienced yoga instructor, I understand the emotional weight and physical demands of holding space for others. My specialized yoga classes are designed to support therapists by integrating movement, breath, and mindfulness to release stored tension, prevent burnout, and foster self-compassion.

 

Through restorative practices like Yin yoga, as well as grounding breathwork and intentional themes, these sessions provide a space for healing, connection, and renewal. Whether you’re looking to recharge or deepen your own mind-body awareness, my classes offer sustainable tools for balance and well-being.
